Global to Local has initiated a new project in Georgia with the objective of increasing public awareness about school bullying. In the course of our visit to Georgia, we engaged with the students and administration of Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University. We organized a seminar on the prevention of bullying and explored the influential role of theater in addressing social concerns. Additionally, we had a meeting with David Doiashivili, the artistic director of the State New Theater, along with his colleagues, to explore the potential of staging a musical focused on preventing bullying.
