Our theater performance, “Scarecrow,” which was produced with the support of the Swedish Institute and staged in 2022 in collaboration with the Yerevan Drama Theater, was a resounding success. In fact, it was so well-received that it has been included in the official repertoire of the theater.
The performance has generated significant social media coverage since its premier in 2022. Our use of theater as a means of promoting our message proved to be an effective way of engaging with the wider community and raising awareness about important social issues. In one of her recent interviews (2023) the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Science of Armenia Mrs. Janna Andreasyan referred to the performance calling it a NEW LANGUAGE OF EDUCATION. We are proud of the impact our work has had and look forward to continuing to use culture and the arts to promote positive change.
